认证简介

在全球数字化转型浪潮下，财务人员作为数字化转型的先行者，其所需的数字素养已迎来前所未有的高标准与新内涵。为响应国家数字化发展战略、解决会计教育数字化转型不规范的问题，中国商业会计学会（CBAI）联合国际管理分析师协会（AIMA）和国际管理会计联盟（IAMA），在中国正式推出“DAEC认证项目”（Digitalized Accounting Education Certification）。此举旨在培养数字化会计人才，全面推动会计领域的数字化转型升级。学会持续优化数字化会计人才培养模式，即 “三懂” 模式（“懂会计、懂业务、懂信息技术”），助力加快全球会计领域的数字化转型升级步伐。

 

 

Setting the Global Standard for Digitalized Accounting Education

China Business Accounting Institute（CBAI）,in collaboration with the Association of International Management Analysts (AIMA) and the Education Alliance for International Management Accounting (EAIMA), has officially launched the “Digitalized Accounting Education Certification” (DAEC) to cultivate digitalized accounting talents and comprehensively promote the digitalized transformation and upgrading of the accounting field. CBAI continuously optimizes digitalized accounting talent cultivation model, i.e., the “3C” model, which means “Competency in Accounting, Competency in Business and Competency in Technology” and accelerates the global digitalized transformation and upgrading

 

认证机构介绍

1. 中国商业会计学会（CBAI）：国资委主管、民政部登记的国家一级学会，作为认证发起方之一，主导认证标准制定与督导，负责院校评审、证书签发；

2. 国际管理分析师协会（AIMA）：国际权威组织，与 CBAI 共同发起认证项目，联合签发证书注入国际公信力，共享全球数字化管理会计资源，确保认证内容与国际实践同步。

3. 国际管理会计联盟（EAIMA）：中国教育部国际交流中心主管，为认证项目提供专业指导，联动 173 家优质成员单位搭建国际桥梁，助力对接全球教育资源；

Introduction to Certification Institutes

China Business Accounting Institute (CBAI) : As a national first-tier society in China,serves as one of the initiators of the certification,it takes the lead in formulating and supervising certification standards, and is responsible for institutional evaluation and certificate issuance.

Association of International Management Analysts (AIMA) : As an internationally authoritative organization, it jointly initiates the certification program with CBAI. It co-issues certificates to inject international credibility, shares global digital management accounting resources, and ensures that certification content is aligned with international practices.

Education Alliance for International Management Accounting (EAIMA) : Supervised by the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China（MOE）, it provides professional guidance for the certification program. It connects 173 high-quality member institutions to build an international bridge and facilitate access to global educational resources.

Certificated Schools

 

申请资质

1. 高等院校：

（1）经教育部或同级主管部门认可，且为中国商业会计学会（CBAI）会员单位；

（2）开设会计或相关专业，并具备提供数字化学习资源的能力。

2. 培训机构及服务提供商：

（1）具备独立法人资格，成立时间不少于 3 年，注册资本不低于 500 万元人民币（或等值外币），且为中国商业会计学会（CBAI）会员单位；

（2）财务制度健全，信誉良好，无欺诈、失信记录；

（3）在数字化教育领域具备良好基础与实施经验，能够与高校开展合作。

 

Qualification:

1. Higher education institutions: 

(1) Recognized by the Ministry of Education or similar level of governance bureau, and accepted as the member of CBAI;

(2) offer accounting or related majors, and have the ability to offers digitalied study resources.

2. Training institutions and Service Providers:

(1) Have independent legal person status, have been established for at least 3 years, and a registered capital of over 5 million RMB or equivalents, and accepted as the member of CBAI;

(2) Have sound financial systems, good credit, no records of fraud or deception; 

(3) Have a good foundation and implementation experience in the field of digitalized education for cooperation with colleges.

申请材料

（1）提交加盖单位公章的《数字化会计教育认定项目申请表》，并按申请表要求附上相关证明材料。

（2）申请文件填写内容须严格遵循提示要求，确保真实准确，且所提交信息需可验证。

（3）所有提交的申请材料须无知识产权纠纷、无违法违规等问题。含违法内容、侵权、虚假信息或重复提交的申请将不予受理。学术研究委员会（CAR）将对提交的项目进行审核，并公示审核结果。

n Application Requirements

(1) Submit the “Digitalized Accounting Education Certification Program Application Form” with the official seal of the organization, along with the relevant supporting documents as required by the application form.

(2) The contents filled in the application document must adhere to the provided cues and be completed with honesty. Furthermore, the imformation submitted are expected to be substantiable.

(3)All submitted application materials should ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes, violations of laws and regulations, or other such issues. Applications with illegal content, infringement, falsity, or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.The CAR will review the submitted programs and public the review results.

 

申请与评估流程

（1）有意加入数字化会计教育认定项目的高等院校、培训机构及服务提供商，需通过电子邮件向学术研究委员会（CAR）秘书处提交申请材料。

（2）秘书处收到申请表及相关证明材料后，将对申请材料进行合规性审核。

（3）审核通过后，申请材料将提交至学术研究委员会（CAR）进行正式认定，认定结果将予以公示。

n Application and Evaluation Process

(1)Higher education institutions, training organizations, and service suppliers interested in joining the Digitalized Accounting Education Certification Program should submit their application materials by email to the Secretariat of CAR .

(2)Upon receipt of the application form and relevant supporting documents, the Secretariat of CAR will conduct a compliance review of the application form and supporting materials.

(3)Once the review is passed, the application will be submitted to CAR for formal certification, and the results will be publicized.
