Setting the Global Standard for DAEC
China Business Accounting Institute（CBAI）,in collaboration with the Association of International Management Analysts (AIMA) and the Education Alliance for International Management Accounting (EAIMA), has officially launched the “Digitalized Accounting Education Certification” (DAEC) to cultivate digitalized accounting talents and comprehensively promote the digitalized transformation and upgrading of the accounting field. CBAI continuously optimizes digitalized accounting talent cultivation model, i.e., the “3C” model, which means “Competency in Accounting, Competency in Business and Competency in Technology” and accelerates the global digitalized transformation and upgrading.

China Business Accounting Institute (CBAI)
As a national first-tier society in China,serves as one of the initiators of the certification,it takes the lead in formulating and supervising certification standards, and is responsible for institutional evaluation and certificate issuance. -
Association of International Management Analysts (AIMA)
As an internationally authoritative organization, it jointly initiates the certification program with CBAI. It co-issues certificates to inject international credibility, shares global digital management accounting resources, and ensures that certification content is aligned with international practices. -
Education Alliance for International Management Accounting (EAIMA)
Supervised by the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China（MOE）, it provides professional guidance for the certification program. Qualification

Higher education institutions
Recognized by the Ministry of Education or similar level of governance bureau, and accepted as the member of CBAI;
offer accounting or related majors, and have the ability to offers digitalied study resources. -
Training institutions
Have independent legal person status, have been established for at least 3 years, and a registered capital of over 5 million RMB or equivalents, and accepted as the member of CBAI. -
Service Providers
Have sound financial systems, good credit, no records of fraud or deception.
(3) Have a good foundation and implementation experience in the field of digitalized education for cooperation with colleges.
Application Requirements
(1) Submit the “Digitalized Accounting Education Certification Program Application Form” with the official seal of the organization, along with the relevant supporting documents as required by the application form.
(2) The contents filled in the application document must adhere to the provided cues and be completed with honesty. Furthermore, the imformation submitted are expected to be substantiable.
(3)All submitted application materials should ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes, violations of laws and regulations, or other such issues. Applications with illegal content, infringement, falsity, or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.The CAR will review the submitted programs and public the review results.
Application and Evaluation Process

Application
Higher education institutions, training organizations, and service suppliers interested in joining the Digitalized Accounting Education Certification Program should submit their application materials by email to the Secretariat of CAR . -
Evaluation
Upon receipt of the application form and relevant supporting documents, the Secretariat of CAR will conduct a compliance review of the application form and supporting materials. -
Public
Once the review is passed, the application will be submitted to CAR for formal certification, and the results will be publicized.
